Ready Set Go Maths! Sorting
Junior Infants have been busy sorting ! We can now sort objects into sets according to their colour, size and shape. We even sorted objects into living and non living sets. We can sort into tubs , using Venn diagrams, Carroll diagrams and sorting trays. Through taking turns and explaining our thinking to our friends, we have learned lots!
Welcome to Yvonne’s Junior Infants!
Junior Infants have had a fantastic start to school! We have settled in so well and everyone is very proud of us! In the mornings we have been exploring lots of new toys and construction materials which help us to build our fine motor skills. This week we have been listening to and acting out the story of The Little Red Hen. We are learning all about the importance of being kind to one another and helping our friends out!
World Book Day
On the 25th of October Senior Infants dressed up as their favourite book characters. We had great fun discussing our favourite books and characters!
